众创空间类型如何塑造创业服务行为?基于制度逻辑视角的分析

How Types of Maker-spaces Shape Its Entrepreneurship Service Behavior?An Analysis based on Institutional Logics

文章基于制度逻辑视角,以浙江省746家众创空间为样本,分析了政府、高校、民营企业三类主体设立的众创空间和创业服务行为选择的关系。研究发现:(1)制度逻辑对众创空间的创业服务行为选择具有塑造作用,持有行政逻辑的政府型众创空间会将时间更多的分配给办公场所服务,而持有专业逻辑的高校型和持有公司逻辑的民企型众创空间,则分别会将时间更多的分配给培训咨询服务和投融资服务。上述发现在替换了其它两种因变量测量指标后依然成立。(2)国家级认证会使民企型众创空间显著减少在投融资服务上的时间分配比重,而显著增加在办公场所服务和培训咨询服务上的时间分配比重,这种调节效应在另外两类众创空间中并不显著,在替换了省级认证后结果依然成立。这表明,相较于公司逻辑,政府逻辑和专业逻辑更具稳定性,更不易受高阶制度因素的影响和干扰。文章拓展了制度逻辑和众创空间创业服务行为关系的理论认识,为创业者的众创空间入驻决策以及政府针对众创空间的政策制定提供了实践启示。

The upsurge of entrepreneurship driven by the strategy of‘mass entrepreneurship and innovation’and the government’s attention to the front-end service of entrepreneurship have promoted the establishment and development of entrepreneurship incubation carrier with maker space as the core.Although the original intention may not be the same,the government,universities and private enterprises have responded to the call and followed the trend to become the main force of the establishment of maker space.Are there any differences in entrepreneurial service behaviors among the three types of maker spaces?If so,what are the differences?What are the reasons for these differences?Will the choice of entrepreneurial service behavior of maker space be affected by higher-level institutional factors?There is no reliable theoretical explanation and empirical answer.In order to answer the above questions,based on the perspective of institutional logic,this paper puts forward an explanation mechanism for the differences in the choice of entrepreneurial service behaviors of government-based,university-based and private enterprise-based mass entrepreneurship spaces,and reveals the differential adjustment effect of government certification on the choice of institutional logic and entrepreneurial service behaviors.Based on the data analysis of all 746 samples of maker space in Zhejiang Province,the results show that:(1)institutional logic has a shaping effect on the choice of entrepreneurial service behavior of maker space.Specifically,administrative logic allows government-based maker space to spend more time on office services,professional logic allows university-based maker space to spend more time on training and consulting services,and corporate logic The series allows private enterprises to devote more time in investment and financing services.These results are still valid after the measurement of dependent variable is replaced;(2)National certification will significantly reduce the proportion of time allocation in investment and financing services,and significantly increase the proportion of time allocation in office services.This moderating effect is not significant in the other two types of maker space.After replacing provincial certification,the above conclusion still holds.These results show that compared with corporate logic,administrative logic and professional logic are more stable and less susceptible to the influence and interference of other factors.This study expands the research oninstitutional logic and entrepreneurial service behavior of maker space,and provides practical inspiration for the policy-making of maker space and the choice of entrepreneurs to settle in.
