摘要
从工业经济时代进入数字经济时代,催生组织活动日益出现重大变化,越来越多的企业通过数字化方式实现企业组织效能的突破,对传统科层制组织形态日益产生颠覆性效应,但现有文献对其动态演进路径缺乏应有研究和探讨。本文构建数字经济趋势下企业组织形态演变路径分类模型,采用多案例比较方法,选取四个不同类型的企业(科大讯飞、华为、亚马逊、海尔)作为案例对象,横向剖析案例企业组织形态的演变路径,识别企业组织形态演变的内在规律,并通过比较分析构建组织形态演变综合模型。本文研究结论对于拓展数字经济趋势下企业组织形态演变研究视野、深化企业数字化创新机制及提升数字化能力等方面具有积极的借鉴和启示作用。
From the era of industrial economy to the era of digital economy,there are increasingly significant changes in organizational activities.More and more enterprises realize the breakthrough of organizational effectiveness through digital means,which has increasingly disruptive effect on the traditional organizational.However,the existing literature lacks due research and discussion on its dynamic evolution path.This paper builds a classification model of the evolution path of enterprise organization form under the trend of digital economy,adopts the method of multi-case comparison,selects four different types of enterprises including iFlytek,Huawei,Amazon and Haier as the case object,makes a horizontal analysis of the evolution path of enterprise organization form change,and identifies the internal law of enterprise organization form evolution,and a comprehensive model of organizational morphology evolution was constructed by comparative analysis.The research conclusion of this paper has a positive reference and inspiration for expanding the research vision of enterprise organizational form evolution under the trend of digital economy,deepening the enterprise digital innovation mechanism and improving the digital ability.
