“双一流”建设背景下民族院校学科建设的现实境遇及定位审视——以教育部第四轮学科评估为依据 被引量:8

摘要 教育部学科评估是对高校学科人才培养质量、师资队伍建设、科学研究水平、社会服务能力的全面检测,是衡量高校办学水平与办学特色的关键环节,引起了社会各界的高度重视。通过对民族院校第四轮学科评估结果进行分析,发现国内民族院校的学科布局和学科实力在总体分布上存在差异,在不同程度上存在优势学科单一,难以形成集群;学科门类结构不尽合理,缺少二级学科支撑;学科分布不平衡且发展滞后等问题。在"双一流"建设的时代背景下,民族院校的优势学科、学科建设的增长点和未来学科发展方向应该是:突出民族特色学科、协调区域经济发展、整合传统学科、强化优势学科、发展新兴学科。以学科评估为依据探讨民族院校学科建设的现实困境与定位问题,有助于全面认识不同民族院校学科发展水平。 Discipline evaluation is a comprehensive test for university and college personnel training,teachers capacity building,science and research,social service capabilities.It is a key element to measure the school quality thus attracts attention from the society.Through analyzing on the fourth discipline evaluation of ethnic schools,it indicates:unbalanced development of discipline setting and quality among different ethnic schools across the country;irrational discipline structure due to lack of support of second level disciplines;unbalanced distribution of disciplines and retarded development.More emphasis should be made on ethnic specialized discipline,coordinating regional economic development,traditional discipline,as well as developing new discipline as the future direction for discipline development.To explore the real obstacle and orientation of discipline construction for ethnic schools through discipline evaluation can benefit the better learning of development degree of different ethnic schools.
