摘要 为解决目前煤矿井下大功率电机驱动带式输送机长时间远距离运行、负载功率不均衡、电能损耗量大、用电效率底等问题,在井下带式输送机沿线安装数字摄像仪,通过对煤流量监测画面的智能分析研究,结合物联网技术、变频调速技术对电机设备进行逻辑控制,实现矿井煤流运输系统智能变频调速,并在国能神东煤炭寸草塔二矿成功应用,达到了煤矿井下煤流运输系统节能降耗、安全高效、延长设备使用寿命的目的。 In order to solve the problems of long-distance operation of belt conveyor driven by high-power motor in coal mine,unbalanced load power,large power loss and low power efficiency,digital camera is installed along the belt conveyor in coal mine.Through the intelligent analysis and research of coal flow monitoring picture,combined with Internet of things technology and frequency conversion speed regulation technology,the logic control of motor equipment is carried out to realize intelligent frequency conversion speed regulation of coal flow transportation system in coal mine,It has been successfully applied in Cuncaota No.2 Mine of CHN Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.to achieve the purpose of energy saving,consumption reduction,safety and efficiency and prolonging the service life of the equipment.
