摘要
以上湾煤矿8.8 m大采高一次采全高综采工作面为研究对象,基于覆岩运动仿真与矿压规律分析算法对12402综采工作面进行了上覆岩层结构模拟分析、顶板覆岩运动规律仿真及数值模拟分析。结合现场矿压实测数据,对比分析系统矿压算法准确度,自动反演校订采场上覆岩层主要支托层工程力学参数,为采煤工作面顶板来压预测、支承压力分布范围预计、相邻采区巷道支护设计与液压支架选型提供了依据。
In this paper,Shangwan Coal Mine 8.8 m large mining height once mining full-mechanized mining face as the research object,based on the Algorithm of overlying strata movement simulation and ground pressure analysis,the overlying strata structure simulation analysis,roof movement simulation and numerical simulation analysis are carried out in 12402 fully mechanized coal face.Based on the measured data of ground pressure,the accuracy of the Algorithm of ground pressure is compared and analyzed,and the engineering mechanical parameters of the main supporting strata of the overlying strata of the stope are automatically inverted and revised,it provides the basis for the prediction of roof weighting,the prediction of abutment pressure distribution,the design of roadway support in adjacent mining area and the selection of hydraulic support.
