煤炭行业智能化发展水平评价与障碍因子诊断

摘要 智能化发展是我国煤炭工业高质量发展的核心支撑,对整个行业未来的发展具有深远的影响。基于经济管理、技术进步、安全生产、绿色发展、信息化建设5个维度,构建了煤炭行业智能化发展水平指标体系。通过CRITIC权重法、综合指数分析、耦合协调度及障碍因子诊断方法,测度并分析了煤炭行业智能化发展水平。结果表明,我国煤炭行业智能化发展水平中,技术进步与信息化建设为核心力量;耦合协调度整体呈上升趋势,但受经济、市场需求与行业调整影响存在波动;绿色发展与经济管理是智能化发展的关键障碍,需加强关注以推进行业智能化进程。 The intelligent development is the core support for the high-quality development of the coal industry and has a profound impact on the future development of the entire industry.This article constructs an intelligent development level indicator system for the coal industry based on five dimensions:economic management,technological progress,safety production,green development,and information construction.The level of intelligent development in the coal industry was measured and analyzed through CRITIC weight method,comprehensive index analysis,coupling coordination degree,and obstacle factor diagnosis method.The conclusion indicates that in the level of intelligent development in China's coal industry,technological progress and information construction are the core forces;The overall degree of coupling coordination is on the rise,but there are fluctuations due to economic,market demand,and industry adjustments.Green development and economic management are key obstacles to intelligent development,and it is necessary to strengthen attention to promote the process of industry intelligence.
