摘要
人岗匹配是一个公司管理员工的核心手段,能够切实根据员工的能力进行岗位的搭配,为企业人力资源管理体系的构建提供科学依据。依据煤炭行业的特点和公司员工的特性,建立科学合理的评价体系。并结合BP神经网络理论,对公司的人岗匹配评价模型进行仿真处理,从自适应、自组织和自学习能力等方面进行BP神经网络验证,进而对企业的人岗匹配现状进行有效测评,有利于进一步促进企业人力资源管理,实现人力资源的合理配置。
Person-post matching,which is to match the post according to the ability of employees and provide scientific basis for the construction of enterprise human resource management system,is one of the core means of company staff management.In this paper,a scientific and reasonable evaluation system was established according to the characteristics of coal industry and the employees.Combining with BP neural network,the evaluation model for the company’s person-post matching was simulated,the BP neural network was verified from the aspects of self-adaptive,self-organizing and self-learning ability,thus to effectively evaluate the company’s current situation of person-post matching,which was conducive to promoting the human resource management and rationalizing the human resource allocation.
