A Study on Development of College Students’ Employability and Its Effect

大学生就业能力开发是促进大学生就业的重要途径。采用自编问卷对538名地方高校本科毕业生的就业能力开发及其效果进行研究,结果表明:大学生就业能力开发的主要路径是自我开发和学校开发;自我开发对大学生就业效能感和就业能力均有显著正向影响;学校开发仅对大学毕业生的就业效能感有显著作用,对就业能力无显著影响。为了提升大学毕业生的就业质量,建议高校提升就业服务人员专业素养,完善人才培养方案,打造大学生就业能力综合开发平台。

The development of employability is an important way to promote college students’employment.This paper investigates employability development and its effect of 538 local college graduates by using a self-made questionnaire.The results show that the main ways to develop college students’employability are self-development and university development.Self-development has a significant positive effect on college students’employment efficacy and employability.University development only has a significant effect on college graduates’employment efficacy,but has no significant effect on their employability.In order to enhance the employment quality of college students,it is suggested that colleges and universities enhance the professional quality of employment service personnel,improve personnel training programs,and build a comprehensive development platform for employability.
