摘要 某座大型调压站,紧邻港口、海鲜市场及冷链物流集散地,在原调压支路、天然气压缩支路的基础上增设天然气膨胀发电支路、制冰支路,利用天然气压力能发电、制冰,除满足厂站自身用电需求外,还提供海鲜市场及冷链物流所需冰块。介绍高压管网天然气压力能利用系统流程、主要设备配置,分析工艺操作弹性,进行发电方案比选,计算系统的增量静态投资回收期。高压管网天然气压力能利用系统在满足下游管网正常用气需求的同时,综合天然气压力能发电、制冰技术和压缩天然气工艺,具有良好的操作弹性。选取并网上网的电力方案。天然气膨胀发电支路、制冰支路的设备造价为4110×10~4元,系统年效益为1246.46×10~4元/a,系统年运行成本为53.25×10~4元/a,增量静态投资回收期为3.44 a,经济性比较理想。 A large-scale regulator station is adjacent to the port,seafood market and cold chain logistics distribution center.On the basis of the original regulator branch and natural gas compression branch,a natural gas expansion power generation branch and an ice making branch are added.The natural gas pressure energy can be used to generate electricity and make ice,which also provides ice cubes for seafood market and cold chain logistics in addition to meeting the power needs of the plant itself.The flow and main equipment configuration of high-pressure pipe network natural gas pressure energy utilization system are introduced,the operation flexibility of the process is analyzed,the power generation schemes are compared,and the incremental static investment payback period of the system is calculated.High-pressure pipe network natural gas pressure energy system can meet the normal gas demand of the downstream pipe network,and integrate natural gas pressure energy power generation,ice making technology and compressed natural gas process,and has good operation flexibility.The power scheme connected to the network is selected.The equipment cost of the natural gas expansion power generation branch and the ice making branch is 4110×10~4 yuan,the annual benefit of the system is 1246.46×10~4 yuan,the annual operating cost of the system is 53.25×10~4 yuan,the incremental static investment payback period is 3.44 years,and the economy is ideal.
