燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放治理技术路线分析与选择 被引量:5

摘要 燃煤电厂普遍使用的石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫装置运行过程中会产生含有污染物的废水。近年来,脱硫废水零排放治理技术路线越来越丰富多样,多个不同技术路线的治理示范工程已经建成投运。本文将多样的工艺技术流程统一分解归类,划分为三个单元:预处理单元、浓缩减量单元和尾水固化单元,三个单元组合形成"预处理+浓缩减量+尾水固化"的技术路线。通过分析三条典型技术路线的示范工程,结合治理能力、系统设计、经济成本等应用情况,说明了三条典型技术路线的优缺点。提出今后在燃煤发电行业更大范围开展脱硫废水零排放治理的可行技术选择建议。 Limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization is used in coal-fired power plants widely which can generate pollutant-containing wastewater.In recent years,the technical route for zero-emission treatment of desulfurization wastewater has become more and more diverse,and various demonstration projects for different technical routes have been completed and put into operation.In this paper,the various process technologies are classified into three units:pretreatment unit,concentration reduction unit and wastewater curing unit.The three units are combined to form a"pretreatment+concentration reduction+tail water curing"technical route.By analyzing the demonstration projects of three typical technical routes,combined with the application of governance capability,system design,economic cost,etc.,the advantages and disadvantages of the three typical technical routes are illustrated.It is proposed to offer feasible technical options for the zero-emission treatment of desulfurization wastewater in the coal-fired power generation industry in the future.
