中国共产党对“引领”概念的阐释与建构

CPC’s Interpretation and Construction of the Concept of"Leadership"

对“引领”概念的使用见于中国共产党成立以来、特别是党的十八大以来党和国家领导人论述及党和国家重要决策部署中。从新民主主义革命到中国特色社会主义进入新时代的不同时期,对引领概念的使用与阐释呈现出不同的阶段性。党的十八大以来,习近平面向实践的发展和社会的需要,从政治引领、思想引领、组织引领等维度建构引领的新内涵。中国共产党对引领概念的使用及发展呈现出四个方面的主要特征,即概念的外延随社会发展不断拓展;概念的内涵不断丰富;概念的指向不断明晰;概念的传播效能不断强化。

The use of the concept of"leadership"has been seen in the statements and the important decisions of the Party and the state since the founding of the CPC,especially since the 18thNational Congress of the Party.In different periods from the New Democratic Revolution to the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,the use and interpretation of the concepthave gone throughdifferent stages.Since the 18thNational Congress of the Party,to cater to the social development and practice,Xi Jinpingdevelopednew meanings of political,ideological and organizational leadership.And by now,the use and development of the concept of"leadership"have been with four main characteristics,namely,the constant extension of the concept with social development,the greater enrichment of connotation of the concept,the clearer clarification of direction of the concept,the more intensification of communication efficiency of the concept.
