中医特色康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体活动影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristics on Physical Activity of Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia

目的探讨应用中医特色康复护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者所带来的影响。方法选取该院在2018年6月—2020年10月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者76例,每组各38例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医特色康复护理。结果通过肢体运动功能评定量表(FMA)分析,观察组FMA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过日常生活活动能力评定量表(BI)分析,观察组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度、肢体活动能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医特色康复护理的作用下,可较好提升脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体活动能力,有利于患者的预后。

Objective To explore the impact of the application of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 76 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to October 2020 were selected,with 38 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing care,and the observation group carried out rehabilitation care with Chinese medicine characteristics on this basis.Results Through FMA analysis,the FMA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Through BI analysis,the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction and physical activity ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion With the function of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing,it can better improve the physical activity of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
