Acupuncture Treatment of Hemorrhoidal Postoperative Pain

痔病术后疼痛是常见的术后并发症,随着医学发展,术式改良大大降低了手术对机体的创伤,但术后疼痛的问题仍然存在,如何将疼痛转化为微痛乃至无痛,仍是手术面临的一个难题。为探究针灸对痔疾术后疼痛的治疗进展,现阐述痔病术后疼痛的病因病机,对十年内针灸治疗痔疾术后疼痛文献综述如下,希望藉此对痔病术后疼痛系统总结,对未来相关临床研究提供参考。

Pain is a common complication of postoperative hemorrhoids.The development of surgery has greatly reduced the trauma to the body,but the problem of postoperative pain still exists.It is still difficult to relieve or even eliminate postoperative pain.This article reviews the recent research of both Chinese and Western medicine on the pathogenesis and acupuncture treatment of hemorrhoidal postoperative pain as a systematic summary,providing a reference for future clinical research.
