基于“脑为髓海”理论浅议头穴丛刺法治疗中风思路

Discussion of the Idea in the Treatment Apoplexy by Acupoint Cluster Acupuncture Based on the Theory of “Brain is Sea of Marrow”

中风临床表现繁多,但其病位在脑,病机可总结为正虚邪盛、气血逆乱、阴阳失调、髓海失充、痰瘀闭阻脑络等。脑髓对全身脏腑有调节作用,临床上可以通过针刺头部穴位来达到调节头部气血,蓄灌髓海,平衡全身阴阳的作用。头穴丛刺法是于致顺教授在多年临床积累结合针灸基础理论的基础上创立的一种治疗中风的针刺手法,临床效果显著。文章基于四海理论中"脑为髓海"理论,结合脑与五脏之间的关系,参考头穴丛刺法的实验基础及临床应用,来探讨头穴丛刺法治疗中风的思路,为临床头穴丛刺法治疗中风提供理论依据。

The clinical manifestations of apoplexy are various,but the disease is located in the brain.The pathogenesis can be summarized as the deficiency of Qi and blood,the disorder of Qi and blood,the imbalance of Yin and Yang,the loss of marrow and sea filling,and the blockage of cerebral collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis.The brain pulp has a regulating effect on the viscera of the whole body.Clinically,it can achieve the function of regulating the Qi and blood of the head,storing and irrigating the medullary sea,and balancing the Yin and Yang of the whole body by needling the points of the head.Acupoint cluster acupuncture is a stroke treatment technique established by professor YU Zhishun on the basis of years of clinical accumulation and the basic theory of acupuncture and moxibustion,with remarkable clinical effects.Based on the theory of“brain is the sea of marrow”in the universal theory,combined with the relationship between the brain and the five Zang organs,and referring to the experimental basis and clinical application of acupoint cluster acupuncture,this paper discusses the train of thought for the treatment of stroke by acupoint cluster acupuncture,so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of apoplexy by acupoint cluster acupuncture.
