中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病研究进展

Advances in Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcohol fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是常见的慢性肝病之一,进一步可发展为肝硬化和肝癌。该病的发病机制复杂,目前尚缺乏特效治疗,中医药在NAFLD的治疗上有安全、毒副作用低等潜在优势,因此搜集近5年中医药对NAFLD治疗的相关文献,进行归纳整理,详细阐述中医药治疗NAFLD的现状,为NAFLD的治疗提供新的思路。

Non-alcohol fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is one of the common chronic liver diseases,and can further develop into cirrhosis and liver cancer.The pathogenesis of the disease is complex,and there is still no specific treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has potential advantages in the treatment of NAFLD,such as low safety and low toxicity.Therefore collect relevant literatures on the treatment of NAFLD with traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years,to conclude and present situation of Chinese medicine treatment of NAFLD in detail,provide new ideas for the treatment of NAFLD.
