中西医治疗功能性腹泻研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Functional Diarrhea by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

功能性腹泻是消化内科一种十分常见的疾病,它具有慢性、反复性、难治性的特点。近年来,随着人们生活压力及饮食结构的改变,本病的发病率在不断增长,严重影响着患者的生活质量。西医目前尚缺乏特异性的治疗药物,而中医药在本病的治疗中却发挥独特优势。该文主要综述了近3年来关于功能性腹泻的中医内治法、中医外治法及西医药物治疗的研究进展。

Functional diarrhea is a common disease in gastroenterology department.It has the characteristics of chronic,repetitive and refractory.In recent years,with the change of people’s life pressure and dietary structure,the morbidity of this disease is increasing,and seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.At present,western medicine lacks specific therapeutic drugs to treat it,while traditional Chinese medicine plays a unique advantage in the treatment of this disease.This paper mainly reviews and summarizes the internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of research progress of functional diarrhea in recent three years.
