摘要
简述了蓄热式换热器和蓄热燃烧技术的原理。介绍了中石化洛阳工程有限公司根据上述原理开发的"新型陶瓷蓄热式空气预热器"及其工业应用试验情况。特征鲜明的"八通换向阀"和"U形蓄热管"组成的新型陶瓷蓄热式空气预热器,综合了蓄热式换热器、蓄热式燃烧技术的优点,基本解决了火焰加热炉深度节能所面临的露点腐蚀问题,在燃料气硫质量浓度10 mg/m^3左右、存在烟气露点腐蚀的情况下,实现了火焰加热炉低于90℃排烟、热效率提高到95%以上、换热元件无腐蚀的目标,而且,出空气预热器的烟气温度在线可调。
The principle of regenerative heat exchanger and regenerative combustion technology is described.The"new ceramic regenerative air preheater"developed by SINOPEC Luoyang Engineering Co.,Ltd.based on these principles and its industrial application test are introduced.A new type of ceramic regenerative air preheater composed of"eight-way reversing valve"and"U-tube regenerator"with distinct characteristics,which integrates the advantages of regenerative heat exchanger and regenerative combustion technology,basically solves the dew point corrosion problem faced by deep energy saving of fired heater.When the sulfur content of fuel gas is about 10 mg/m^3 and the dew point corrosion environment of flue gas still exists,the goal is achieved that the exhaust gas temperature of fired heater is lower than 90℃,the thermal efficiency is increased to more than 95%,and the heat exchange elements are corrosion-free.Moreover,the flue gas temperature of the outlet air preheater can be adjusted online.
