农村信贷、城乡结构与经济高质量发展

Rural Credit, Urban-rural Structure and High-quality Economic Development

契合金融支持乡村振兴的背景,立足经济高质量发展的现实,基于2000-2019年31个省市的相关数据,采用静态面板和中介效应模型分析农村信贷、城乡结构与经济高质量发展之间的关系。研究发现:农村信贷直接促进了经济的高质量发展,但这一直接效应因区域样本的不同而存在显著的空间差异;在农村信贷促进经济高质量发展的间接效应中,城乡结构的优化是实现这一传导机制的关键。其中,农村信贷对城乡结构的影响存在库兹涅茨效应,即在信贷政策实施初期,城乡差距拉大在短期内会削弱农村信贷对经济高质量发展的影响;长期而言,随着城乡结构的逐渐优化,其对经济高质量发展的推动作用不断凸显。因此,完善农村信贷政策、促进农村金融发展对于新时期经济发展质量的提升具有重要作用。在这一过程中,应协同加强科研经费投入、提高劳动力就业数量以及增加政府财政支出,以使提质增效的效能得到更大程度地释放。

According to the background of financial support for rural revitalization and the high-quality economic development,this paper analyzes the relationship among rural credit,urban-rural structure and high-quality economic development.Furthermore,this study conducts empirical research by using static panel and intermediary effect model based on the data of 31 provinces from 2000 to 2019.The results show that rural credit directly promotes the high-quality economic development,but the direct effect has significant differences due to different regions.With regard to the indirect effect of rural credit which promotes high-quality economic development,the optimization of urban-rural structure is the key to realize this indirect mechanism.The influence of rural credit on urban-rural structure has Kuznets effect.During the early periods of conducting rural credit promotion,the urban-rural gap would weaken the impact of rural credit on the high-quality economic development in the short term.With the optimization of urban-rural structure,rural credit in promoting high-quality economic development has become increasingly prominent over a long term.Therefore,improving rural credit policy and promoting rural financial development could be conducive to improve the quality of economic development in the new era.In addition,strengthening the investment in scientific research,increasing the number of labor employment and increasing government financial expenditure can effectively improve the quality of economic development.
