贵州刺梨抗氧化活性的物质研究 被引量:1

摘要 植物中抗氧化活性成分对人体保健和疾病防治等有重要作用。采用“抗氧化活性追踪”的方式,对刺梨中抗氧化活性物质的成分进行研究,考察各极性部位化合物的抗氧化活性及其量效关系。结果显示:抗氧化活性较强的极性部位为乙酸乙酯层,并初步鉴定该极性部位主要有效成分为多糖和原花青素;通过醇沉法纯化刺梨多糖得率为5.12%,响应面法优化提取原花青素得率为134.76 mg/g;同时筛选出Aβ-8、HPD-417和HPD-806为纯化刺梨原花青素较好的树脂型号;研究发现刺梨中的多糖和原花青素抗氧化活性均高于Vc且具有较好的稳定性。研究结果将为开发绿色植源高效抗氧化剂提供新的途径和思路,同时为刺梨进一步开发利用提供科学依据和理论基础。 In the study,the components of active antioxidant substances in Rosa roxburghii Tratt were studied,antioxidant active components in plants play an essential role in human health and disease prevention and treatment,and the antioxidant activities of compounds from each polar part and their dose-effect relationship were investigated using the antioxidant activity tracking method.The results show that the polar site with intense antioxidant activity is the ethyl acetate layer,and the main active components are preliminarily identified as polysaccharide and proanthocyanidin.The yield of polysaccharides purified from Rosa roxburghii by alcohol precipitation is 5.12%,and the yield of proanthocyanidins optimized by response surface methodology is 134.76mg/g.At the same time,Aβ-8,HPD-417,and HPD-806 were screened out to be the better resin models for the purification of proanthocyanidins.The results show that the antioxidant activities of polysaccharides and proanthocyanidins from Rosa roxburghii Tratt are higher than that of Vc,and they have good stability.The research results will provide a new way and idea for developing green plant-derived high-efficiency antioxidants and provide a scientific basis and theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.
