基于CiteSpace的中医药论治卵巢储备功能下降可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Decreasing Ovarian Reserve Based on CiteSpace

目的基于CiteSpace软件,可视化分析近20年中医药治疗卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)领域的研究热点,研究现况和发展趋势。方法以CNKI数据库为数据源,借助CiteSpace软件,分别对该领域纳入文献的作者,机构,关键词绘制图谱进行可视化分析。结果纳入文献共619篇,该领域年发文量整体呈上升趋势。发文量最多的作者为夏天。发文量前3名机构为上海中医药大学附属曙光医院妇科,南京中医药大学,北京中医药大学,京津地区研究机构形成合作网络,其他机构合作较为分散。关键词图谱形成255个节点,523条连线,12个聚类。去除主题词相关关键词,高频且中介中心性>0.1的关键词为卵巢早衰,临床观察,不孕症和性激素。结论中医药论治卵巢储备功能下降领域研究主要集中于临床经验,针灸,生殖激素和卵巢早衰等方面,运用分析细胞学,基于中药复方探究DOR的靶向治疗或可成为未来研究趋势。

Objective To visually analyze the research status,hot spots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Decreasing Ovarian Reserve(DOR)in the past 20 years by CiteSpace software.Methods Taking CNKI database as the data source and with the help of CiteSpace software,the authors,institutions and keywords included in the literature in this field were visually analyzed.Results After screening,a total of 619 literatures were included.The annual number of papers issued in this field showed an upward trend as a whole.The top one published author was XIA Tian.The top three institutions in the volume of papers were Department of Gynecology of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Research institutions in Beijing and Tianjin have formed a cooperation network and the teamwork of other institutions was relatively scattered.The keyword map formed 255 nodes,523 lines and 12 clusters.After removing the keywords related to the subject words,the keywords with high frequency and centrality>0.1 were premature ovarian failure(POF),clinical observation,infertility and sex hormones.Conclusion The research on the treatment of DOR by traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on clinical experience,acupuncture,reproductive hormone and POF.Using Analytical Cytology to explore the targeted treatment of DOR based on Chinese herbal compound may become a research trend in the future.
