Treating Metrorrhagia Based on “Opening and Closing” Theory

武权生教授基于开阖枢理论,将中药人工周期疗法与辨证论治思想相结合,创造性地应用于崩漏的辨证当中,形成了其独特的学术思想和辨证论治体系。行经期主为太阴壅而不开,使少阴、厥阴枢机不利,开阖失常;经后期为少阴阳盛于阴,心火下迫,使少阴肾水不潜,阴虚阳搏;经间期为阳长而阴消,厥阴阳气衰微,纳摄不足。该文对其治疗该病临床经验和学术思想进行挖掘、总结和探索,为其进一步发扬提供理论依据。

Based on the theory of opening and closing,professor WU Quansheng combined the artificial cycle therapy of traditional Chinese medicine with the theory of syndrome differentiation,and creatively applied it to the syndrome differentiation of metrorrhagia,forming his unique academic thought and syndrome differentiation system.Menstrual period is influenced by the obstructing of Taiyin,making Shaoyin and Jueyin opening and closing disorders.In the later period of menstruation,Yang is better than Yin in Shaoyin and heart fire going downward,so that Shaoyin kidney water is insufficient.It means that Yin is deficiency and Yang is flourishing.The intermenstrual period is Yang increasing and Yin declining and Yang Qi of Jueyin decreases,including the ability of control.This article excavates,summarizes and explores the clinical experience and academic thought in the treatment of the disease,and provides theoretical basis for its further development.
