盆底磁刺激联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的疗效研究

Effect of Pelvic Floor Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Pain

目的探讨盆底磁刺激联合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的临床效果。方法选择2017年3月—2019年3月该院妇科收治的60例慢性盆腔疼痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(30例)及观察组(30例)。对照组患者采用中药灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合盆底磁刺激治疗,治疗50 d后,比较两组治疗效果、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、中医证候积分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),记录治疗后6个月内复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分均低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者腰骶痛下腹痛及带下量积分均低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床有效率高于对照组[93.33%(28/30)vs 73.33%(22/30),P<0.05]。治疗后,观察组患者PSQI评分均低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月内,对照组中2例患者复发,观察组中无患者复发,观察组患者复发率低于对照组[0.00%vs 6.67%(2/30)],但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在中药灌肠的基础上联合盆底磁刺激治疗有利于缓解慢性盆腔疼痛患者疼痛程度、改善临床症状、提高睡眠质量,进一步提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain.Methods Sixty patients with chronic pelvic pain admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema,while the observation group was treated with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation on the basis of the treatment of he control group.After 50 days of treatment,the treatment effect,the visual analogue scale(VAS),TCM symptom scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups,and the recurrence within 6 months after treatment was recorded.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that before treatment and that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The lumbosacral pain,lower abdominal pain and belt drop score of the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[93.33%(28/30)vs 73.33%(22/30),P<0.05].After treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that before treatment and that of the control group(P<0.05).Within 6 months after treatment,2 patients in the control group recurred,and there was no recurrence in the observation group.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group[0.00%vs 6.67%(2/30)],but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation is conducive to relieve the pain of patients with chronic pelvic pain,improve the clinical symptoms and sleep quality,and further improve the treatment effect.
