挑拔疗法联合眩晕1号方加减治疗高血压病合并颈椎病的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Picking-Pulling Therapy Combined with Vertigo No.1 Formula(眩晕1号方)in Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察挑拔疗法联合眩晕1号方加减治疗高血压病合并颈椎病的疗效。方法选取山东中医药大学第二附属医院门诊及病房自2018年9月—2020年5月就诊的高血压合并颈椎病患者90例,随机分成3组,每组30例,常规组给予口服颈复康颗粒和苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,中药组在常规组的基础上给予眩晕1号方加减治疗,联合组在中药组基础上加用挑拔疗法治疗。3组均以1周为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察比较3组患者治疗前后的临床疗效及症状改善、颈椎活动度评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、挑络疼痛量表,并观察有无不良反应。结果联合组临床疗效总有效率优于中药组和常规组;联合组颈椎活动度评分、VAS评分、挑络疼痛量表评分均优于另外两组(P<0.05),中药组颈椎活动度评分、VAS评分、挑络疼痛量表评分优于常规组(P<0.05),3组未发生明显不良反应。结论眩晕1号方在治疗高血压合并颈椎病时可有效改善患者的颈椎功能,降低患者的血压水平;加用挑拔疗法后起效更迅速,作用更全面,且可减少不良事件的发生。

Objective To observe the efficacy of picking-pulling therapy combined with Vertigo No.1 Formula(眩晕1号方)in the treatment of hypertension complicated with cervical spondylosis.Methods Ninety patients with hypertension complicated with cervical spondylosis in the outpatient clinic and ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into three groups with 30 patients in each group.The routine group was treated with Jingfukang Granule(颈复康颗粒)orally and Amlodipine Besylate Tablet.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Vertigo No.1 Formula on the basis of the routine group,and the combination group was treated with picking-pulling therapy on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine group.All the three groups took one week as a course of treatment.After three courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy and symptom improvement,cervical mobility score,visual analog score(VAS)and collateral pain scale were observed and compared,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the routine group,and the cervical activity score,VAS score and collateral-picking pain scale score of the combined group were better than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).The cervical activity score,VAS score and collateral-picking pain scale score of the traditional Chinese medicine group were better than those of the routine group,and there were no obvious adverse reactions among the three groups.Conclusion Vertigo No.1 Formula can effectively improve the cervical vertebra function and reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension complicated with cervical spondylosis.The combination of picking-pulling therapy has faster and more comprehensive effect,and the adverse events can be reduced.
