针刺足三里配伍四关穴对促进子宫全切除术后康复的临床疗效

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36)Combined with Siguan Points to Promote Recovery after Total Hysterectomy

目的评价针刺足三里配伍四关穴对促进子宫全切除术后康复的临床疗效。方法将122例经子宫全切除术后的患者随机分成观察组60例和对照组62例。两组患者均接受术后监测生命体征,常规禁食,抗感染和电解质补液等基础治疗,观察组患者于术后6 h、术后第1~3天的8:00、16:00配合针刺治疗,取穴双侧足三里、太冲、合谷。记录两组患者术后首次排气、排便时间及术后第2天疼痛数字评估量表(NRS)评分。结果观察组患者术后首次排气、排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),术后第2天疼痛NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组无明显不良反应。结论针刺足三里配伍四关穴对子宫全切除术后康复,能促进胃肠功能恢复、加快肛门排气排便,且具有良好的止痛效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Zusanli(ST36)and Siguan points on promoting recovery after total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 122 patients underwent hysterectomy were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(62 cases).Patients in both groups received basic treatment,and those in the observation group were treated with acupuncture for 6 hours after surgery as well as at 8:00 and 16:00 on the first to third day after surgery,and acupoints were Zusanli(ST36),Taichong(LR3)and Hegu(LI4)on both sides.The time of first postoperative exhaust and defecation and numerical rating scales(NRS)score on the second day were recorded in both groups.Results The first postoperative exhaust and defecation time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the NRS scores on the second day after the operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there were no significant adverse reactions in the observation group.Conclusion Acupuncture at Zusanli(ST36)combined with Siguan points can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,accelerate anal exhaust and defecation after total hysterectomy,and has good analgesic effect.
