健脾祛痰方药对脾虚痰浊证小型猪失功能高密度脂蛋白组分的影响

Effect of Prescription for Invigorating Spleen and Eliminating Phlegm on Dysfunctional HDL Components of Miniature Pigs with Spleen Deficiency and Phlegm Turbidity Syndrome

目的探讨健脾祛痰方药对脾虚痰浊证小型猪失功能高密度脂蛋白组分的影响。方法15只巴马小型猪随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组,模型组、中药组给予高脂饲料喂养,中药组在高脂喂养同时给予健脾祛痰中药,正常组予基础饲料喂饲,第0、12、24周检测血清HDL、HDL-ApoAⅠ、HDL-SAA、HDL-PON1、HDL-S1P水平,计算HDL-SAA/HDL-ApoAⅠ比值。结果12周时模型组、中药组HDL-ApoAⅠ较正常组降低(P<0.01),但中药组高于模型组,24周可见模型组低于正常组、中药组(P<0.01);12周、24周可见模型组HDL-SAA水平、HDL-SAA/HDL-ApoAⅠ比值较正常组、中药组升高(P<0.01);12周、24周可见模型组、中药组HDL-PON1、HDL-S1P水平较正常组降低(P<0.01),但中药组HDL-S1P水平高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论健脾祛痰方可以通过纠正失功能性HDL的结构组分,助其恢复正常。

Objective To investigate the effects of the prescription for invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm on the dysfunctional HDL components of the miniature pigs with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome.Methods Fifteen Bama miniature pigs were randomly divided into normal group,model group and Chinese medicine group.The model group and the Chinese medicine group were fed with high-fat diet.The Chinese medicine group was also given the prescription for invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm and the normal group was fed with basal food.And the serum levels of HDL,HDL-ApoAⅠ,HDL-SAA,HDL-PON1 and HDL-S1 P were measured at the zeroth,twelfth and twenty-fourth week,and the ratio of HDL-SAA/HDL-ApoAⅠwas calculated.Results At 12 weeks,HDL-ApoAⅠin the model group and the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the normal group(P<0.01),but that in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the model group.At 24 weeks,HDL-SAA level and HDL-SAA/HDL-ApoAⅠratio in the model group were higher than those in the normal group and the Chinese medicine group(P<0.01).At 12 and 24 weeks,the levels of HDL-PON 1 and HDL-S1 P in the model group and the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.01).But the level of HDL-S1 P in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion The prescription for invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm can help dysfunctional HDL to return to normal by correcting its structural components.
