益气通腑中药对肺叶切除术后患者肺功能恢复的影响

Effect of Benefiting Qi and Dredging Fu-organs Chinese Medicine on Pulmonary Function of Patients after Lobectomy

目的研究益气通腑中药对肺叶切除术后患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年7月在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院胸外科因右上肺结节行胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术的患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。两组患者排除手术禁忌后,均在静吸复合麻醉下行胸腔镜下右肺上叶切除术,术后予以抗炎、化痰等常规处理。其中观察组在对照组的基础上予益气通腑中药治疗。比较两组患者术后肺复张时间、肺功能指标和住院天数。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者术后肺复张时间显著缩短(t=4.307,P<0.05),肺功能参数FEV_(1.0)%、MVV明显改善(t=-7.759,P<0.05;t=-6.779,P<0.05),住院天数亦显著减少(t=6.242,P<0.05)。结论益气通腑中药可以促进肺叶切除术后患者肺功能恢复,缩短住院天数,减轻患者负担。

Objective To investigate the the effect of benefiting Qi and dredging Fu-organs Chinese medicine on pulmonary function of patients after lung lobectomy.Methods From January 2017 to July 2019,60 patients with right upper pulmonary nodule underwent thoracoscopic right upper lobe resection in thoracic surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with thoracoscopic right upper lobectomy under the combined anesthesia of static and inhalation after exclusion of surgical contraindications.Routine treatment such as anti-inflammatory and expectorant were provided to the patients after operation.The observation group received benefiting Qi and dredging Fu-organs Chinese medicine on the basis of control group.The reexpansion time of pulmonary,pulmonary function and hospitalization days were compared beetween two groups.Results Compared with those of the control group,the time of postoperative pulmonary reexpansion in the observation group was significantly shorter(t=4.307,P<0.05),the pulmonary function parameters FEV_(1.0)%and MVV were significantly improved(t=-7.759,P<0.05;t=-6.779,P<0.05).And the hospitalization days were also decreased significantly(t=6.242,P<0.05).Conclusion benefiting Qi and dredging Fu-organs Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of pulmonary function,shorten the hospitalization days and reduce the burden on patients.
