Discussion on Relationship of Yin-Yang Essence-function of ZHENG Qinan from Circular Motion

通过对郑钦安医学三书的文献研究及总结,结合圆运动的中医学理论,分析其学术思想中以阴阳为总纲的核心理念和阴阳体用关系。阐释生命活动中阴阳体用关系的圆运动生理;疾病由来土薄龙飞天、水寒龙火飞、水浅不养龙的阴阳运动不圆病理;以及据此医理立法与投方施药的圆运动药理,以体现阴阳圆运动的思想以及恢复其阴阳体用之圆运动形式对机体生命活动的重要性。

Combining with the Chinese Medicine Theory of circular movement,it analyzes the core idea of Yin and Yang as the general principle and the relationship between Yin and Yang essence-function,through the literature research and summary of ZHENG Qinan medical three books.It interprets the circular movement physiology of the relationship between Yin and Yang in life activities,explains the pathology of diseases deriving from Yin and Yang circular movement disorder that dragon-fire comes out of the thin soil,cold water or shallow water,and clarifies the pharmacology of Yin and Yang circular movement so as to reflect the importance of the idea of Yin and Yang circular movement and the necessity of restoring this form of Yin and Yang essence-function circular movement for organic life activities.
