摘要 试验旨在研究复合酵母培养物对奶牛产奶性能的影响。选择4栋年龄、胎次、泌乳期、泌乳量相近的泌乳牛为试验对象(共500头),随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,试验组日粮中添加80 g/(头·d)复合酿酒酵母培养物。试验期60 d。通过收集两组牛群改良(DHI)监测数据记录试验牛产奶量,并在试验结束前1 d使用宾州筛和粪便分离筛对两组牛的全混合日粮(TMR)和粪便进行评估。结果显示:试验第8周起,试验组奶牛产奶量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组宾州筛及粪筛的综合评估结果差异均不显著,但试验组略优于对照组。研究表明,日粮中添加80 g/(头·d)该复合酵母培养物在提高奶牛产奶量方面具有一定作用。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of compound yeast culture on milk performance of dairy cows. Four lactating cows with similar age, parity, lactation period and lactation amount were selected as test objects(500 cows in total), and randomly divided into test group and control group. Cows in control group were fed with the basic diet, and the diet in test group was supplemented with 80 g/(head·d) compound Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture. The test period was 60 d. The milk yield of the test cattle was recorded by collecting the monitoring data of the cattle herd improvement(DHI) of the two groups of cattle, and the TMR and feces of the two groups of cattle were evaluated with the Pennsylvania Sieve and the feces separation sieve one day before the end of the test. The results showed that the milk yield of cows in test group was significantly higher than that in control group from the 8th week of the test(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the comprehensive evaluation results between the two groups, but the test group was slightly better than control group. The study indicates that adding 80 g/(head·d) of the compound yeast culture to the diet has a certain effect on improving milk yield of dairy cows.
