摘要
请采用气相色谱测定F-T蜡的正构烷烃分布,使用偏光显微镜对蜡的晶体结构、分布状态和生长规律进行了深入研究,通过分析不同倍数下获得的蜡晶显微图像,比较并描述了其蜡晶大小以及其分布特征。采用差示扫描量热法研究了内蒙古伊泰集团的F-T蜡M1、M2的相变特性。结果表明:F-T蜡的升温DSC曲线上呈现两个吸热峰。图中升温曲线部分与F-T蜡的熔点有关,降温曲线中的多个吸热峰与F-T蜡的组成性质有关。M1蜡中的正构烷烃含量高,结晶为不规则针状堆积,蜡质晶体排列紧凑,蜡的晶体密度和厚度较大。F-T蜡与石油蜡结晶不同,其形成的蜡晶结构较为复杂。
The distribution of carbon number in F-T wax was determined by gas chromatography(GC).The crystal structure,distribution and growth law of the wax were deeply studied by polarizing microscope.Through analyzing and comparing the microscopic images of wax crystal under different magnifications,the size of wax crystals and its distribution characteristics were compared and described.And the phase transition characteristics of Fischer-Tropsch waxes M1 and M2 from Inner Mongolia Yitai Group were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that two endothermic peaks appeared in the heating curve of F-T wax on the DSC curve.The heating curve was related to the melting point of F-T wax,and the difference of the composition characteristics of the F-T wax was connected with the multiple endothermic peaks in the cooling curve.The content of N-alkanes in M1 wax was high,so the crystallization of wax was accumulation of irregular acicular crystal.F-T wax crystal arranged in a compact,crystalline density and thickness of M1 wax were greater than that of M2.The crystallization of F-T wax is different from petroleum wax,the formation of the wax crystal size is smaller,its composition is more complicated.
