摘要
从义务教育投入效率的省际均等化的角度,根据超效率修正的三阶段DEA-Windows方法对2012—2018年我国各省份的义务教育投入产出数据进行分析发现:我国小学和初中真实的教育投入效率整体水平不高;各省份小学投入效率大多低于初中,但两者都受环境因素影响;东部、中部、西部区域均等化水平发展趋势总体呈微弱收敛态势,其中中部各省份均等化水平略高,但效率并没有达到有效,而东部和西部则既不均等也不有效。因此,为了促进义务教育投入效率和省际均等化的同步提升,各地区应该因地制宜调整教育资源投入,完善教育发展的外部环境并加强教育软件资源的建设。
From the perspective of inter provincial equalization of input efficiency of compulsory education,the paper analyzes the input-output data of compulsory education in China from 2012 to2018 according to the three-stage DEA windows method modified by super efficiency correction.The results show that:the overall level of real education investment efficiency in primary and junior middle schools in China is not high;the investment efficiency of primary schools in all provinces is lower than that of junior middle schools,but both are affected by environmental factors;the development trend of regional equalization level in the East,central and western regions shows a weak convergence.The equalization level in the central provinces is slightly higher,but the efficiency is not effective,while the East and West are neither equal nor effective.Therefore,in order to promote the synchronous improvement of the efficiency and equalization of compulsory education,all regions should adjust the investment of educational resources according to local conditions,improve the external environment of educational development and strengthen the construction of educational software resources.
