摘要
创新人才培养是"双一流"建设战略的内核,是高校办学的出发点和落脚点。作为国家"双一流"建设的核心任务,创新人才培养是贯穿于科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新等建设任务的重要纽带。C9高校建设方案围绕愿景与使命、指导思想、利益相关者、策略与路径和支撑与保障五个维度形成了创新人才培养战略地图,从根本上厘清了创新人才培养中诸要素间的逻辑关系,有助于提升大学整体运作能力。我国研究型大学创新人才培养要在价值理性和工具理性双向引导下明确办学定位;形成内外融合的动力机制;构建科研、社会服务与教学协同的创新人才培养模式。
Cultivation of innovative talents is a key focus of the"double first-class"construction strategy,and the starting point and goal of running a university.Cultivation of innovative talents plays a central role in coordinating other essential tasks mandated by the national strategic plan.The C9 universities’construction plan has formed a strategic map for the cultivation of innovative talents around five dimensions of vision and mission,guiding ideology,stakeholders,strategies and paths,and support and guarantee and fundamentally clarifies the logical relationship between the elements in the cultivation of innovative talents.Cultivation of innovative talents in research-oriented universities must be guided by the two-way guidance of value rationality and instrumental rationality,form a dynamic mechanism of internal and external integration,and build a collaborative innovative talent training model for scientific research,social services and teaching.
