摘要
省级政府既是中央教育评价改革政策的组织实施者,也是地方教育评价改革的组织发起者,在深化新时代教育评价改革中居于重要位置。通过对部分省份教育评价改革政策文本的分析发现,省级政府在教育评价改革的注意力配置和政策创新性等方面既取得了突出成绩,也存在不足之处,需要研究者对其进行全面深入的研究探讨。为进一步发挥省级政府在深化教育评价改革中的作用,省级政府应树立系统思维意识,理顺中央与地方的事权,凝聚改革合力,强化政府责任,依法推进改革。
The provincial government is not only the organizer and implementer of the central education evaluation reform policy,but also the organizer and initiator of the local education evaluation reform.It plays an important role in deepening the education evaluation reform in the new era.Through the analysis of the policy texts of education evaluation reform in some provinces,it is found that local governments still have deficiencies in the attention allocation and policy innovation of education evaluation reform,which to some extent affects the process and effect of the reform.To further play the role of provincial governments in deepening the reform of education evaluation,it is necessary to establish a systematic thinking,rationalize the powers of the central and local governments,unite the reform efforts,strengthen the government's responsibility,and promote the reform according to law.
