摘要 核心素养概念的提出对我国基础教育发展具有深远影响。面对全球新冠肺炎疫情引发的新变化及我国“双减”政策实施的影响,反思核心素养的相关研究与实践,有助于我们更好地促进教育变革与可持续发展。经CiteSpace分析而得的文献数据反映出,我国核心素养研究经历了“起步、爆发、回落”三个发展阶段,并据此对我国核心素养框架与国际同类项目进行比较,梳理中国概念与国际提法之间的异同,以及探讨我国核心素养理念的中华文化渊源。研究发现,核心素养的价值导向体现在多方面,对凝聚教育核心、发掘学科内涵、提升教师素养、扩展育人环境等均有重要的指导意义与价值助力。 The concept of key competencies has a profound impact on the development of basic education in China.In the face of the changes brought by the coronavirus pandemic worldwide and the implementation of the“double reduction”policy nationwide,it is necessary to review the research and practice related to the key competencies,which could promote the education reform and the education for sustainable development.Based on the data obtained by the information visualization tool Cite Space,it is found that the key competency research in China went through three stages:beginning,explosion and decline.By comparing the Chinese framework of key competencies to the related projects devolved by other countries and international organizations,their universality and particularity were summarized and the special concepts that imply Chinese wit and wisdom were discussed.The value orientation of key competencies underlies various aspects.It condenses the core goal of education and clarifies the essence of each subject.Moreover,it offers instructive guidelines and supports for teaching reform,textbook compilation,integration of different subjects,teachers’professional development and the optimization of the education mode.
