2011-2020年万古霉素群体药动学研究的现状与发展趋势

Current status and development trend of vancomycin population pharmacokinetic research from 2011 to 2020

摘要 目的从多维度探索万古霉素群体药动学(PPK)研究的现状和热点,并分析其发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science数据库2011-2020年间发表的关于万古霉素PPK研究的文献,检索式为“主题:vancomycin”AND(主题:population pharmacokinetics OR PK OR PPK)。采用可视化分析方法对年发文量、作者、国家/地区、来源期刊、研究机构和被引频次等进行分析;采用VOS viewer软件对发文量>5篇的作者、国家/地区和研究机构进行合著聚类分析,对关键词进行共现分析,并生成可视化知识图谱。结果共纳入文献628篇,年发文量2017-2020年呈逐年递增趋势;总发文量最多的国家是美国(273篇,占43.47%),其次是中国(70篇,占11.15%);作者ROBERTS共发表了31篇相关文献,排名第一,其所在单位澳大利亚昆士兰大学在机构排名中也位居第一;按被引频次排名,前10篇文献的总被引频次达1201次。关键词共现分析显示研究热点主要有4个,即万古霉素的抗感染治疗、药动学/药效学研究、群体药动学模型建立以及剂量优化和治疗药物监测的指导原则。结论近年来关于万古霉素PPK研究越来越多,我国在该领域的研究也较为深入。今后应围绕万古霉素的抗感染治疗、药动学/药效学研究和模型研究等热点,加强我国与其他国家的交流合作,实现国内外机构之间的合作共享。 AIM To explore the current status and hotspots of vancomycin population pharmacokinetics(PPK)research from multiple dimensions,and to analyze its development trend.METHODS The literature on vancomycin PPK studies published in the Web of Science database from 2011 to 2020 was retrieved under the search formula(topic:vancomycin)AND(topic:population pharmacokinetics OR PK OR PPK).The visual analysis method was used to analyze the annual number of articles,authors,countries/regions,source journals,research institutions and citation frequency,etc.,and the VOS viewer software was used for analysis of co-author cluster authors,countries/regions and research institutions with more than 5 articles,for analysis of co-occurrence keywords,and for generating visual knowledge graphs.RESULTS A total of 628 articles were included,and the annual number of articles published showed a trend of increasing year by year from 2017 to 2020;the country with the largest total number of articles was the United States(273 articles,accounting for 43.47%),followed by China(70 articles,accounting for 11.15%);the author ROBERTS published a total of 31 related literature,ranking first,and his unit,the University of Queensland of Australia,also ranked first in the institutional rankings;according to the frequency of citations,the total frequency of the top 10 documents was cited 1201 times.The analysis of key words showed that there were four main research hotspots,namely anti-infective treatment of vancomycin,pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic studies,establishment and dose optimization of population pharmacokinetic models,and guiding principles of therapeutic drug monitoring.CONCLUSION In recent years,there have been more and more research on vancomycin PPK,and China’s research in this field is also relatively in-depth.In the future,we should focus on hot spots such as vancomycin’s anti-infective treatment,pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic research and model research,strengthen exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries,and realize cooperation and sharing between domestic and foreign institutions.
