基于CiteSpace的大建中汤研究进展知识图谱可视化分析

Knowledge mapping visualization analysis on research progress of Da Jianzhong Decoction based on CiteSpace

目的:通过CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件进行分析,得出大建中汤研究现状,热点及发展趋势。方法:系统检索中国知网(CNKI)和Pubmed数据库中关于大建中汤的相关文献,运用文献计量学研究手段及CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对文献的研究作者、研究机构及关键词等内容进行可视化分析。结果:经过筛选最终纳入中文文献68篇,英文文献108篇。其中相关文献年发文量总体上逐年上升,作者分析显示武静为发文量最多的作者,并且具备稳定的研究团队;机构分析显示贵州中医药大学是文献发文量最多的研究机构,同地区间机构合作较多,异地机构合作较少;关键词分析显示大建中汤的研究方向主要集中在药理作用,作用机制、临床应用、文献考究等方面。结论:该研究为快速掌握大建中汤的研究现状,了解当下研究热点,判断未来研究发展趋势提供参考。

Objective:To obtain the research status,hot spots and development trend of Da Jianzhong Decoction through the analysis of CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software.Method:The related literature about Da Jianzhong Decoction was retrieved from CNKI and Pubmed databases,and the authors,research institutions and keywords were visually analyzed by the bibliometrics method and Cite Space 5.8.R3 software.Result:After screening,68 Chinese literature and 108 English literature were included.Among them,the annual publication number of relevant literature has been increasing year by year.Author analysis showed that WU Jing was the author with the largest number of publications,and had a stable research team.Institution analysis showed that Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the research institution with the largest number of publication,which cooperated more with local institutions and less with the institutions in other areas.Keyword analysis showed that the research direction of Da Jianzhong Decoction mainly focused on pharmacological effects,mechanism of action,clinical application and literature research.Conclusion:This study provides references for quickly grasping the research status,understanding the current research hotspots,and judging the development trend of future research of Da Jianzhong Decoction.
