输尿管通道鞘在置鞘过程中引起并发症的诊疗分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管软镜通道鞘在置鞘过程中的并发症及相关处理方法。方法:收集我院2017年3月~2018年4月软镜碎石94例患者的临床资料,统计及分析置鞘过程中发生并发症情况。结果:94例患者中有5例患者在置鞘过程中不同程度出现了并发症。结论:输尿管软镜通道鞘的置入是软镜碎石手术重要步骤之一,其优点在于使手术操作更为方便且大大减少镜子损耗、利于术中结石排出、手术视野清晰以及减少术后并发症的发生但置鞘过程中有损伤输尿管以及肾脏的风险,应引起重视。 Objective:To investigate the complications and related treatment in the process of access sheath placement during flexible ureteroscopy.Method:The clinical data of 94 patients with flexible ureteroscopy from March 2017 to April 2018 were collected,and complications were recorded and analyzed in the process of access sheath placement.Result:Five of the 94 patients had complications during the sheath process.Conclusion:The ureteral access sheath placement is one of the important steps of flexible ureteroscopy.Its advantage is to make the operation more convenient and greatly reduce the loss of the ureteroscope,be conducive to intraoperative calculous eduction,clear surgical field and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,but there are risks of ureter and kidney injury in the process.So this process should be taken into consideration seriously.
