“负责任创新”还是“负责任停滞”?——基于列维纳斯他者伦理的考察

“Responsible research and Innovation”or“Responsible Stagnation”?——based on Emmanuel Levinas’other ethics

该负责任创新还是负责任停滞,需要将二者的原初差异置于哲学范畴寻求答案。列维纳斯的他者伦理启示创新与责任具有三重关系。在基本关系中,责任先于创新,是创新的起点。在伦理关系中创新应围绕他者,创新的意图指向除主体外的世界。在程度关系中,“终于我”既表明主体是责任传导的终点,又是主体履责的程度。我牺牲我的完整和需要,为他者奉献我,体现出强责任。这恰是负责任停滞所倡导的“责任+创新”,以及责任向纵深发展的特征。

The choice between responsible research and innovation and responsible stagnation needs the help from philosophy.Emmanuel Levinas’other ethics reveals that there is a triple relationship between innovation and re⁃sponsibility.In the basic relationship,responsibility precedes innovation and is the starting point of innovation.In the ethical relations,innovation revolves around the other,and the intention of innovation points to the world be⁃sides the main subject.In the degree relationship,I finally show that the main subject is not only the end of the re⁃sponsibility transmission,but also the degree of the subject’s responsibility.I sacrifice my needs and benefits,and dedicate myself for the sake of others,reflecting a strong responsibility.This is exactly the“responsibility and inno⁃vation”advocated by responsible stagnation,and the characteristics of the deeper development of responsibility.
