摘要 骨料是混凝土材料的重要承载组分,其体积分数、级配等参数对混凝土材料的承载能力及损伤演化影响显著。本文提出了一种可以控制骨料体积分数、级配、粒径尺寸的三维骨料模型建模方法,相比于传统的随机投放方法和"分割-填充"方法,具有运算简便的优势。该方法基于对Voronoi图形胞腔的缩放和偏移,可以快速、有效地生成满足不同骨料参数设计要求的三维细观混凝土模型。用该方法生成的混凝土细观模型进行劈裂抗拉数值模拟,通过分析骨料体积分数、级配对劈裂抗拉强度的影响和试件内的应力分布情况,进一步分析了骨料对混凝土材料力学性能的影响机理。依据该方法建立的混凝土细观模型,可用于各类力学响应实验的研究,并深入探究骨料参数对混凝土力学性能的影响。 Aggregate is an important bearing component of concrete materials,and its volume fraction,gradation and other parameters have significant influence on the bearing capacity and damage evolution of concrete materials.In this paper,a three-dimensional aggregate modeling method which can control the volume fraction,gradation and particle size of aggregate is proposed,which is simpler and less computationally than the traditional“take-and-place”method and“divided-and-fill”method.Based on the zooming and shifting of Voronoi cell,this method can quickly and effectively generate three-dimensional mesoscopic concrete models that meet the design requirements of different aggregate parameters.The mesoscopic concrete model generated by this method is used to conduct numerical modelling on the splitting tensile strength,and the influence mechanism of aggregate on the mechanical properties of concrete materials is further analyzed by analyzing the influence of aggregate parameters on the splitting tensile strength and the stress distribution in the specimen.Based on this method,the concrete mesoscopic model can be used to study various kinds of mechanical response experiments,and the influence of aggregate parameters on the mechanical properties of concrete can be deeply explored.
