摘要
为探究KHSO4分解过程中的热力学性能设计实验。以KHSO4分解反应流程为基础,将样品放入实验环境中进行高温分解,并得出不同环境下的反应数据和最终生成产物。利用安装的高温测谱仪设备,得出最终的KHSO4分解过程热力学参数测试结果。实验结果表明:210℃下KHSO4链状结构向二聚体结构转换,KHSO4由正交α相变为单斜β相,在220℃~550℃温度区间内分解生成K_(2)S_(2)O_(7)产物,由平衡常数计算得出热力学性能参数标准反应焓的测试结果为(72.59±2.40)k J/mol。因此,KHSO4分解过程可以分为3个阶段,随着温度的逐渐升高热力学性能出现多次升降的趋势,且在有氧条件下分解率更高。
The experiment was designed to investigate the thermodynamic performance of the decomposition of KHSO4.Based on the reaction process of KHSO4 decomposition,the samples were put into the experimental environment for high temperature decomposition,and the reaction data and the final products were obtained under different environments.The final thermodynamic parameters of the decomposition process of KHSO4 are obtained by using the high temperature spectrometer equipment installed.The experimental results show that:the chain structure of KHSO4 is transformed into dimer structure at 210℃,and the K2 S2 O7 product is decomposed from orthonormalαto monoclinicβphase,and K_(2)S_(2)O_(7)product is decomposed in the temperature range of 220℃~550℃,and the standard enthalpy of reaction of thermodynamic performance parameters is calculated by the equilibrium constant.The test results are(72.59±2.40)kJ/mol.Therefore,the decomposition process of KHSO4 can be divided into three stages.With the gradual increase of temperature,the thermodynamic performance has a trend of several times rising and falling,and the decomposition rate is higher under aerobic conditions.
