军工央企的数字化转型研究

Research on the Digital Transformation of Military Industry Central Enterprises

面对信息技术快速发展带来的变化和提出的挑战,国内外军工企业积极探索数字化转型之路。本文梳理分析了军工央企的数字化转型现状和存在问题、企业数字化转型的时代内涵、优秀企业转型方式以及全球国防数字化转型的趋势,针对军工央企数字化转型中业务体系、发展模式、技术创新等方面的难点,提出军工央企要以使命为引领,基于精益化思想,将新型信息技术与企业经营深度融合,进行战略、业务、创新、组织、流程等全方面的数字化转型。

Facing the changes and challenges brought by the rapid development of information technology,domestic and foreign military industrial enterprises are actively exploring the road of digital transformation.This article analyses and analyzes the current status and existing problems of digital transformation of military industry central enterprises,the era connotation of enterprise digital transformation,excellent enterprise transformation methods,and the trend of global digital transformation of defense.Difficulties,it is proposed that the central enterprises of military industry should be guided by missions,based on lean thinking,deeply integrate new information technology with enterprise operations,and carry out allround digital transformation of strategy,business,innovation,organization,and processes.
