基于学习行为的高校学业辅导工作优化探究

摘要 为准确了解学生学习行为特点,进一步优化高校学业辅导模式,本文采用问卷调研方式,选取某高校学生群体开展实践调查分析。结果显示,当前高校学生学习态度普遍积极向上,学业辅导需求较强,学生普遍认为学习的内在动力对学生的激励效用更大,且通过分析发现,良好的学习习惯与学业表现具有一定的相关性。调研反映出当前学业辅导在内容结构、工作认可度及队伍结构等方面需要改进。根据调研结果,结合当前高校学业辅导工作实际,本研究提出应注重学生学习兴趣培养及目标规划、完善学业辅导课程设置、加强学生学业困难预警、优化学业辅导队伍建设等改进举措。 In order to accurately understand the characteristics of student learning behavior and further optimize the mode of academic tutoring in universities,this article adopts a questionnaire survey method and selects a group of students from a certain university for practical investigation and analysis.The results show that current university students generally have a positive attitude towards learning,with a strong demand for academic tutoring.Students generally believe that the intrinsic motivation of learning has a greater motivating effect on students,and through analysis,it is found that good study habits have a certain correlation with academic performance.The survey reflects that there is a need for improvement in the content structure,job recognition,and team structure of current academic tutoring.Based on the research results and combined with the current situation of academic counseling work in universities,this study proposes improvement measures such as focusing on cultivating students'learning interests and goal planning,improving the curriculum of academic counseling,strengthening student academic difficulty warning,and optimizing the construction of academic counseling teams.
