摘要 随着科学技术的发展,智能建造技术在土木工程领域中得到了广泛应用,土木建筑类高校需要探索更符合智能建造发展的人才培养模式。文章首先讨论了土建类专业人才培养模式存在的不足;其次,以南京工业大学土木工程学院的智能建造专业和智能建造产业学院建设为例,就如何构建和管理多专业协同培养模式提出切实可行的思路。最后,从教学机制、多元合作、课程体系、教学方式、教学成果等五个方面展开论述。研究表明,基于BIM系统的专业协同培养模式有助于提高学生综合性思考和解决复杂工程问题的能力。 In the context of the continuous development of science and technology,Intelligent Construction(IC)has become widely used in the field of construction.Therefore,civil engineering universities need to explore talent training modes that are more aligned with the development of IC.This paper firstly discusses the deficiencies of the talent cultivation mode of civil engineering majors.Secondly,this paper takes the IC major and the IC Industry Institute in the College of Civil Engineering at Nanjing Tech University as an example to demonstrate how to establish and manage the multi-specialty collaborative cultivation mode.Finally,the interdisciplinary synergy mode based on the BIM system is discussed in detail from five aspects:teaching mechanism,multi-dimensional cooperation,curriculum system,teaching method,and teaching results.It has been demonstrated that this collaborative cultivation mode based on the BIM system helps enhance students'ability to think comprehensively and solve complex engineering problems.
