摘要
促进高校毕业生高质量就业是实施国家就业优先战略的重要保障。当前,高校毕业生与用人单位在供需两端还存在一定的结构性矛盾,如:就业指导体系尚未健全、毕业生就业观念存在偏差、用人单位要求日益提高等,导致毕业生出现就业难题。文章基于本科导师制视角,分析高校毕业生就业工作中存在的问题,并提出相应对策:导师从转变就业观念、提升就业能力两方面对学生进行指导,为高校毕业生实现充分高质量就业提供有益参考。
Promoting high-quality employment for college graduates is an important guarantee for implementing the national employment priority strategy.At present,there are still certain structural contradictions between the supply and demand of college graduates and employers,such as the incomplete employment guidance system,deviation in graduates'employment concepts,and increasing demands from employers,which have led to employment difficulties in universities.Based on the perspective of undergraduate mentorship,this article analyzes the problems in the employment of college graduates and proposes corresponding countermeasures:mentors provide guidance to students from two aspects:changing employment concepts and improving employment abilities,providing beneficial references for college graduates to achieve full and high-quality employment.
