摘要
文章以“双一流”背景下的高校为研究主体,论述了高校特色学科建设的发展现状,从建设过程中存在的协同机制不健全、协同方向不明确、协同资源不充足等问题展开分析,探讨了高校特色学科协同建设的路径与策略。研究表明,在特色学科建设中,应优化学科发展的政策环境,构建特色学科的协同发展机制,从合作主体确定、合作意愿推动、合作机制建立三个环节推动学科协同建设,深化“双一流”建设高校与特色学科之间的合作机制。文章提出了基于合作治理理论的高校特色学科协同建设实施路径,对高校有针对性地优化资源配置,改善高校特色学科建设有着重要意义。
This article takes universities under the background of"Double First Class"as the research subject,summarizes the current development status of the construction of characteristic disciplines in universities,analyzes the problems existing in the construction process,such as incomplete collaborative mechanisms,unclear collaborative directions,and insufficient collaborative resources,and explores the paths and strategies for the construction of characteristic disciplines in universities.Research has shown that in the construction of characteristic disciplines,the policy environment for disciplinary development should be optimized,and a collaborative development mechanism for characteristic disciplines should be constructed.The collaborative construction of disciplines should be promoted from three aspects:determination of cooperation subjects,promotion of cooperation willingness,and establishment of cooperation mechanisms,deepen the cooperation mechanism between universities and characteristic disciplines in the construction of"Double First Class".This article proposes an implementation path for collaborative construction of characteristic disciplines in universities based on cooperative governance theory,which is of great significance for universities to optimize resource allocation and improve the construction of characteristic disciplines in universities.
