三全育人视域下现代学徒制“三方协同”育人模式的探索与实践——以常州机电职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 现代学徒制是高职院校与企业合作开展的人才培养模式。常州机电职业技术学院融通“全员、全过程、全方位”育人理念,依托双高院校重点建设专业,构建了基于“校―校―企”三方协同的影视舞台技术专业现代学徒制育人实践模式。三方共同开展招生与招工一体化实践,实施“岗位标准、学做合一”教学模式改革,组建“大师引领、专兼结合”的双导师队伍,建设“校企协同、教研互融”的校内外实习实训基地,培养既懂艺术、又懂技术的高素质复合型技术技能型人才,促进了人才培养与企业用工需求精准对接,为职业教育技术技能型人才培养提供了新的范式。 Modern apprenticeship is a talent training mode jointly developed by higher vocational colleges and enterprises.Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechanical Technology integrates the education concept of"full staff,whole process,and all-round",relying on the key construction majors of the two colleges and universities,and builds the practice model of modern apprenticeship education for film and television stage technology major based on the threeparty cooperation of"school-school-enterprise".The three parties jointly carry out the integration practice of enrollment and recruitment,and implement the reform of the teaching model of"job standard,learning and doing together".It has set up a team of"master guidance,professional combination"and"double mentors",and built a practice and training base inside and outside the school for"school-enterprise collaboration and mutual integration of teaching and research".It cultivates high-quality composite technical and technical talents who understand both art and technology,promotes the precise connection between talent training and enterprise employment needs,and provides a new paradigm for the training of technical and technical talents in vocational education.
