中医实训人才养成机制研究——以江西中医药大学岐黄国医书院为例

Study on the Cultivation Mechanism of Training Talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine——Take Qihuang TCM,Jiangxi University of Traditional ChineseMedicine as an example

中医“望、闻、问、切”四种诊察手段是中医特色思维方式在临床操作中的体现,然而四诊技术传承未引起足够重视。夯实中医四诊技术是继承和发扬中医的正确途径,其核心是培养一批四诊技术精湛和带教能力过硬的实训人才队伍,制订一套可重复的人才培养方案。江西中医药大学高度重视这一问题,通过多年的教学探索,获得了独特的培养理念和方法。现以江西中医药大学岐黄国医书院为例,讨论如何用还原中医本色、朴素的方式来继承和发展中医。

The four diagnostic methods of"inspection,smelling and listening,interrogation and palpation"in TCMare the embodiment of the characteristic thinking mode of TCM in clinical operation,but the inheritance of the four diagnostic techniques has not attracted enough attention.Therefore,consolidating the four diagnostic techniques of traditional Chinese medicine is the right way to inherit and carry forward traditional Chinese medicine.Its core is to cultivate a group of training talents with superb four diagnostic techniques and excellent teaching ability,and develop a repeatable talent training program.Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine attaches great importance to this issue,and has acquired unique training concepts and methods through years of teaching exploration.Taking Qihuang TCM,Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper discusses how to inherit and develop traditional Chinese medicine in a simple way that restores its true color.
