劳动教育视域下高校勤工助学体系的问题与对策

勤工助学作为组织实施劳动教育的具体实践活动,不仅为劳动实践提供真实场域,而且是实现劳动教育目标的重要途径之一。劳动教育元素融入高校勤工助学体系是对高校资助育人内容的重要拓展,对探索新时代资助育人的有效路径和完善资助体系具有重要作用。当前,高校勤工助学体系主要面临着组织管理统整失当,实施主体育人理念缺位,评价体系功能失位等问题。劳动教育视域下高校勤工助学体系的改革路径在于:立足审思管理制度整合劳动资源,创设实践情境提升育人实效,优化评价体系推进持续改进。

As a specific practical activity of organizing and implementing labor education,work-study program not only provides a real field for labor practice,but also is an important way to achieve the goal of labor education.The integration of labor education elements into the work-study system in colleges and universities is an important expansion of the content of subsidized education.It plays an important role in exploring the effective path of subsidized education in the new era and improving the subsidy system.At present,work-study program in colleges and universities is mainly faced with the realistic dilemma:improperly integrate of the management system,lack the concept of executing body and lose the function of the evaluation system.The reform path of the work-study program in colleges and universities from the perspective of labor education is to integrate labor resources based on the management system,create practical situations to improve the effectiveness of education,and optimize the evaluation system to promote continuous improvement.
