欠发达地区高职院校路桥专业校企合作现状与需求调研报告

Investigation Report on the Current Situation and Demand of School-enterprise Cooperation in Road and Bridge Major of Higher Vocational Colleges in Underdeveloped Areas

为促进欠发达地区校企合作,共同培养公路交通运输行业转型升级急需的高素质技术技能人才,高职院校路桥专业需要面向其行业企业调研校企合作情况。调研分析发现校企合作现状不理想,但企业认同校企合作,愿意深入合作,希望合作方向多元化、合作方式多样化。由此,提出校企合作可持续发展四项对策:基于互惠双赢原则,共建校企合作持续发展体系;集聚优势资源,共建产、学、研、赛“四位一体”实训基地;瞄准智能建造技术链、创新链,共建专业(群)知识技能体系;基于校企“双元”育人,共建“双师型”教学团队。

In order to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises in underdeveloped areas and jointly cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents urgently needed for the transformation and upgrading of the highway transportation industry, the road and bridge specialty of higher vocational colleges needs to investigate the cooperation between schools and enterprises for their industry enterprises. The survey and analysis found that the current situation of school enterprise cooperation is not ideal, but the enterprises agree with the school enterprise cooperation, are willing to cooperate in depth, and hope that the direction of cooperation is diversified and the way of cooperation is diversified.Therefore, four countermeasures for the sustainable development of school enterprise cooperation are proposed: based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win, build a sustainable development system of school enterprise cooperation;Gather superior resources and jointly build a "four in one" training base for production, learning, research and competition;Aim at intelligent construction technology chain and innovation chain, and jointly build professional(group) knowledge and skills system;Based on the "dual" education of schools and enterprises, we will jointly build a "dual qualified" teaching team.
