Analysis of Career Planning Strategies of Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Employment

高职院校承担着为国家、社会、企业培养技术型人才的重任,院校需重视对学生的就业指导,依据社会发展情况、企业对人才的需求,对学生进行科学的就业指导,确定就业指导目标及方向,帮助学生了解就业情况,提升学生就业竞争力。现阶段职校学生普遍存在结构性分流,即学生与就业需求之间出现失衡现象,一方面,某些岗位缺乏适合的从业者,另一方面,大量学生因为缺乏必要素质、技能而无法就业。对此,职业院校需全面落实学生职业规划与就业指导,确保其具备与岗位需求相适应的劳动能力,以从根本上缓解当下人才市场供求结构的矛盾问题。

Higher vocational colleges are responsible for training technical talents for the country, society and enterprises. Colleges need to pay attention to the employment guidance for students. According to the social development and the needs of enterprises for talents, they should provide scientific employment guidance for students,determine the goal and direction of employment guidance, help students understand the employment situation and improve their employment competitiveness. At present, vocational school students generally have structural diversion,that is, there is an imbalance between students and employment demand. On the one hand, some posts lack suitable practitioners, and on the other hand, a large number of students are unable to find employment because they lack the necessary quality and skills. In this regard, vocational colleges need to fully implement students’ career planning and employment guidance to ensure that they can have the labor capacity to adapt to the job demand, so as to fundamentally alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand structure of the current talent market.
