摘要
技术与经济的深入发展引发新的商业逻辑和商业模式,新经济时代推动商科教育改革势在必行。新商科教育突出实践与创新,以实验教学、课外竞赛、学术研究、创业孵化四位一体化建设为着力点,构建新商课实验教学课程体系,以教学质量和成果为导向设计教学内容,聚合多方师资力量建立教学联盟,满足多元教学需求,校企协同共建,开发数智化教学平台,以实现教学信息化、管理智能化、评价可视化,实现沉浸式实验教学效果,形成具有中国特色、服务于中国经济发展的商科人才培养新模式。
The development of technology and economy has triggered new business logic and business models,and it is imperative to promote the reform of business education in the new economic era.The new business education highlights practice and innovation.Focusing on the integration of experimental teaching,extracurricular competitions,academic research and entrepreneurial incubation,we will build a new business experimental teaching curriculum system,design teaching content based on teaching quality and results,gather multiple teachers and establish a teaching alliance to meet multiple teaching needs,develop a digital-intelligent teaching platform to realize teaching informatization,management intelligence,evaluation visualization relying on school-enterprise construction.It forms a new talent training model of business education with Chinese characteristics and serving China’s economic development.
